“I am very happy with the service I received at Morris Auto. Adrian was extremely helpful from the first phone call. My Jeep was displaying signs of stress while accelerating, shifting from 1st to 2nd, I believed was due to the engine being overloaded while pulling a trailer earlier in the year. He listened to my concerns, and kept me informed along the way- including explaining in depth what actions he wanted to take, what he actually did, and how he found the issues we discussed and fixed the problem.

I am not an expert, but I do know enough about how an auto engine works; so after he performed a few tests and test drives to isolate the problem- the suggestions he offered were right in line with what I believed would help. I did a lot of research to find an auto shop that had amazing reviews, the know how and patience to find and fix hidden/semi-occurring issues, and finally treated me as a person, and not a paycheck. One that didn't disregard me and my concerns, since I'm a woman.

Morris Auto was exactly what I was looking for. It may be a drive to get there, but my Jeep is running smoothly again and I'm very thankful for the time Adrian and the team spent to make this happen. Thank you!”

“I took my car to Morris Automotive today as I had an oil leak which was causing a burning smell coming from the motor area. It had been worked on by the dealership, not quite a year ago for the same thing. Although the work done on the car at the dealership was still covered, they told me if something new was found I would be charged a new fee for just telling me the problem.Thank God, for Morris Automotive, I was in and out in a Jiffy! “I have a vehicle, that is also my dream car, that no one wanted to work on, which was very frustrating. When asked who does, Morris Automotive kept coming up. To my surprise, they were just around the corner.

I had my van towed in and Jeff and team went to work. It was abundantly clear this wasn't going to be an easy task due to the age of the van, lack of available parts, and tricky diagnostic worked involved. He even designed and built a tool to help install part of the engine and had to have rings custom made due to prior, unknown engine work. He kept me posted on the progress and was very patient with my many questions.

The van that once sat for 10 years before I purchased now ran like a top and was ready for an adventure. I was more than impressed with Morris Automotive...thanks Jeff and team”

“I recently purchased a car from Mr. Morris. He was very genuine and honest from the ghetto, you can tell when you’re talking to him that he’s just an all around great guy. I went with him to get the title switched over and he was very respectful and we had good conversation on the way to the BMV. He answered all of my questions and really took care of me through the process (I’m young so finances and car buying is new to me) and ensured if anything goes wrong with the car or anything happens that I can bring it to the shop and he’ll look at it and take care of it. From the minute I met him I knew I was in good hands. 10/10, wonderful experience, would recommend to anybody!”

“Jeff made my 2002 Honda Civic run and perform like brand new again! He is truly a skilled and Master “Auto Surgeon”! My EGR passages were totally plugged up. Jeff performed the equivalent of “by-pass” surgery in cleaning those EGR passages and even took before and after pictures so I could see the difference. Amazing to say the least!! If you are looking for a great shop, look no further. You absolutely can't go wrong when dealing with Morris Automotive. They are trustworthy, hardworking, very thorough and their turnaround time is incredible. If you need repairs, do yourself a favor and call Jeff at Morris Automotive.

My car broke down and i didn't know what was wrong with it so I had it towed to Firestone for a diagnostic and to have whatever was wrong with it fixed. They called me back and said that I had a broken flywheel, and that they didn't do that type of work. They suggested that I send my car to a transmission shop. I made a list of all of the transmission shops near me and called every last one for pricing. From the moment I spoke with Jeff he pretty much had me sold. He was very personable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I honestly can't say that about the rest of the shops. Although I was leaning towards Morris Automotive, I wasn't going to make a decision until I did further research. I looked up reviews, and BBB ratings for each company and I was amazed to see that Morris Automotive was 1 point from a perfect rating. Out of all the shops they had the most reviews and still the highest rating. That is crazy if you think about it. The more reviews you have, your rating seems to go down, because as they say you can't make everyone happy :). I was a little skeptical going in, because I always feel like businesses pay people to get their ratings up. When I called Jeff back and talked to him again I just knew I could trust him, and that my car and I would be in good hands. My gut feeling was right. I have nothing but great things to say about Jeff and his technicians there at Morris Automotive. They went above and beyond on so many different levels. I sent my car there for a broken flywheel and asked Jeff to fix a ton of other things as well, and he obliged. I am extremely pleased with the work that they did. In my opinion you will never find a shop that does the quality work that these guys do, nor that have the patience that these guys had when dealing with me. My guy works on vehicles as well. We have agreed that for all work that we can't do ourselves Jeff and his technicians at Morris Automotive will definitely be our go to guys from here on out.”

“New to Cincinnati, I researched to find the most reliable and highest rated auto mechanic that I felt I could trust; what I stumbled upon was Morris Automotive. After being diligent and calling multiple shops that were similarly rated, I decided to go with Morris Automotive for a few reasons. One, Jeff owns the shop and has been in business for 20 years (increased stake in customer service). Two, he was honest and blunt about my brake issues (actually took me out to show me the wear my rear brakes...even had a cool snake camera he used to show my the pad depths). Lastly, of the estimated quotes, Jeff was the lowest that I got. At the best value, being an honest individual, and being locally owned and managed by Jeff, Morris Automotive is my new, go to auto repair shop. There is a reason they have 5 stars.”

“Jeff was great to work with. I had worn calipers that ruined my brakes and rotors/ He worked me into his schedule quickly, since it was a safety issue. Jeff communicated things promptly. I actually missed his initial call asking for the green light to purchase the parts for repair. Concerned he would be unable to fix the car before the end of the day without the parts, he went ahead and purchased everything he needed. The brakes and rotors were under warranty from another auto shop so I asked him not to replace them. He didn't charge me for the additional parts or time to return them. The price was very competitive and the value delivered was off the charts. Morris Automotive will definitely be my go to mechanic shop.”

I called to see about getting my exhaust replaced, Jeff told me he has a friend that did exhausts he could take the car to and gave me a quote for a much better price than the dealership I dealt with prior. Once there they find out the exhaust doesn't need replacing only repaired so they repair the exhaust and saved me more money than I expected. Overall I'm satisfied with Morris automotive. I've never dealt with another shop willing to take your vehicle to a shop that specializes in the repair you need for you. The service here is top notch.”

“A good, knowledgeable, straight forward and trustworthy mechanic is hard to come by. Jeff at Morris Automotive is all of those things. He definitely lives up to all of their 5 star reviews. I went in for what I thought was a break problem on my CRV. It turns out they were fine. He could have easily made it into an issue and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Instead he took the time to look up the service history of my vehicle and after asking me if it was ok, replaced only what was recommended for the current mileage. He did the work for a fair price too. He was also super friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely bring my car back to Morris Automotive the next time it needs servicing. I told Jeff my car was overheating, and within minutes he was inspecting my car in the parking lot and offered to drive it around to find the problem. “Jeff Morris automotive helped me out on short notice in a tremendous bind. I just moved up to Cincinnati from out of state and my '99 Tahoe with 271k miles on it broke down on the interstate early one weekday morning in the middle of a snow storm. This was my daily driver at the time and I absolutely had to have it to get to and from work. Since my truck was older (which had been well maintained by my mechanic back in my old residence), finding a mechanic that was trustworthy, thorough, did good work, and had fair prices was absolutely paramount to me. I did a quick search online while sitting on the side of the interstate and found Jeff Morris Auto which happened to be close to my house. I read the reviews on here and thought they were very good, so I decided to proceed with him.

He managed to find the problem with my truck in the same day I had it towed to his shop, the fuel pump had gone out. He called and gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and gave me a quote before proceeding with the work (for which I gave him the go ahead). He was able to allocate the parts and perform the work in an expeditious manner. I was back on the road and back to work after only a day, quite pleased with his work. My truck also had to have a brake repair about 2 months later. Since he'd done such good work, I returned to allow him to do this as well. Again, I was quite pleased with the cost and expeditious manner with which he handled the repairs.

Jeff is an extremely friendly, genuine person in addition to be quite the adept mechanic. His excellent reputation on these reviews is well deserved. Should I have any other breakdowns, maintenance issues, or anything pertaining to my cars, I will without hesitation bring my problems to Jeff Morris Automotive.”

I took my minivan into Jeff's shop for a replacement of a leaking steering rack. He did the work beautifully for a very fair price and in a timely manner. “I do most of my own car repairs but was in a bind and needed to have a minor repair finished faster than I would have been able to do it. I called first thing in the morning and had my car fixed just a few hours later. The repair was done just the way I would have done it myself and I was charged a very reasonable amount for the work. “I found Morris Automotive by accident when my car suddenly began making bad noises in the columbia/tusculum area. Little did I know it was a diamond in the rough and now the only mechanic I will go to in Cincinnati. Jeff is very straight forward and has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to fix my car for a more than fair price. He also took the time to make sure I understood what the problem was and what my options were on all work done. One time while on the highway my car started making a strange noise. I called the shop and asked for Jeff who talked me through possible issues and things I could check and then made an appointment for me the next morning.

Jeff was able to diagnose my car quickly and because the part unexpectedly didn't show up until late Friday, decided to stay late to complete the job. “Wonderful Service! I called Morris Automotive in the afternoon with a car that couldn't start, asking if it would be possible to get it in and looked at that day. They were very flexible, and said if I got it in relatively soon, they would look at it before they left. After a series of events, I got my car started and drove it over to Morris. He made a couple suggestions for me to try some things, in hopes to avoid having to diagnose (and pay a diagnostic charge). Turns out, his suggestions were spot on, and we ended up just doing a tune-up!

“Awesome place for repairs. It's not easy finding a trustworthy mechanic, but my search ended here. Fair prices, didn't b.s. me, and even did some work above and beyond what I went in for (after calling and clearing it with me) and didn't charge any extra labor. “As a woman, it is hard to find a good honest mechanic who isn't going to rip you off or talk down to you. I found a great mechanic and a HONEST ONE!! I own a BMW Z-4 and did my research. If I took it to the dealership to have them perform the Diagnostics Scan Codes it would have cost $140.00 and it would have been there all day, but I would have gotten a rental car. When I asked Jeff how long it would take him he said an hour or less and I asked why the difference between him and the dealership and he explained it to me and also said that the scan itself would only take an hour at the dealership as well. I saved myself $ 50.00 and pulled a chair outside his shop, enjoyed the breeze and in no time at all the work was done!! Yes, he (Jeff) reset the Code and I was Happy!!

“My brakes were making that (nails down a black board sound, you know that high pitched squealing) I thought it was just dirt and salt from the winter we have been getting. Then to top it off, my idiot light (brakes) came on to tell me that something was wrong. I took it to jeff on Friday Feb 28th, he checked out my brakes and called me with an estimate of what I needed. My brakes were worst off than I had thought, I needed brakes and rotors all around, and I had him do the brake fluid service, that he recommended, while he was working on the brakes anyway. I gave him the go ahead, and he had me up and running in a matter of a few hours. This is not the first time I've went to Jeff, with car troubles and it won't be the last.
